Terms of Use

By accessing and using Viral Community's services, including our ComfyUI Cloud platform, Image Search API, and upcoming Video Generator, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Viral Community provides AI-powered video creation tools including: • Community ComfyUI: On-demand deployment of ComfyUI instances • Advanced Web Image Search API: AI-powered image discovery and filtering • AI Video Generator: Revolutionary video creation platform (launching Q4 2025) • Related developer tools, APIs, and community features

You must register for an account to access our services. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate, current, and complete information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to use our services to: • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities • Circumvent usage limits or security measures • Use our services for unauthorized commercial purposes beyond your plan limits

• Our Basic Plan is free with usage-based pricing for additional services • Premium Plan is $10/month with unlimited access to premium features • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice • You're responsible for all charges incurred under your account • Credit purchases are processed immediately and credits are non-refundable once added to your account • Subscription charges are billed monthly in advance on the same day each month

When you provide payment information to Viral Community, you agree to the following: PAYMENT METHOD STORAGE: • You explicitly consent to us securely storing your payment method details for future transactions • Stored payment methods will be used exclusively for: (a) Processing subscription renewals, (b) Processing credit purchases you initiate, and (c) Displaying masked payment information in your account dashboard • You can remove stored payment methods at any time through your account settings SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS: • By subscribing to our Premium Plan, you authorize us to automatically charge your stored payment method $10.00 monthly • Subscription charges occur on the same calendar day each month (your billing date) • If payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days before suspending your premium features • You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period CREDIT PURCHASES: • You authorize us to charge your payment method for credit purchases you initiate through our platform • Credit purchases are processed immediately upon confirmation • Credit amounts range from $5.00 to $1,000.00 as you specify PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided • You agree to maintain current and valid payment information • We will notify you before processing charges when possible COMPLIANCE: • You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding payment processing • We process payments in accordance with PCI DSS standards and applicable regulations • Payment data is encrypted and processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe)

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION: • You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings • Cancellation takes effect immediately upon request • Premium features are disabled immediately upon cancellation • No refunds are provided for any unused portion of your subscription period • Upon cancellation, you immediately revert to the Basic plan RESUBSCRIPTION: • Resubscribing requires a new full payment • No credit is applied for previously paid but unused subscription time • New subscription starts a fresh billing cycle CREDIT REFUNDS: • Account credits are generally non-refundable once purchased and added to your account • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or billing errors • To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase with detailed justification BILLING DISPUTES: • Report billing discrepancies within 60 days of the charge • We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing issues promptly • Chargebacks or disputes through your payment provider may result in account suspension

• You retain ownership of content you create using our services • You grant us a license to process your content to provide our services • Our platform, APIs, and proprietary technology remain our property • You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code • Respect third-party content and licensing when using our image search API

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy. PAYMENT DATA: • Payment information is processed securely through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor • We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers • Only tokenized payment references and metadata are retained for billing purposes

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties • We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate • You're responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content • We're not liable for content created using our tools

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viral Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to these terms or our services.

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms • Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately • We'll provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations • Unused credits and subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for cause

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify users of material changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
